Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that have been specially ordered by you, such as strollers.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any goods that are not in original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
  • All items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether to approve or decline your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missed repayments

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Change

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at kalmar@babyproffsen.se and send your item to: Babyproffsen, Skeppsbrogatan 12, 392 31 Kalmar.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Return

To return your product, you must send your product to: Babyproffsen, Skeppsbrogatan 12, 392 31 Kalmar.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
