How to use the intimate shower:
Fill the bottle with lukewarm water.
Screw the cap on tightly and pull out the nozzle.
Sit on the toilet, turn the bottle upside down and angle the nozzle towards your lower abdomen.
Gently squeeze the bottle as many times as you need.
After use: empty the bottle, let it dry and squeeze the nozzle for storage.
Tip:
The mother's shower is used to easily wash off after a visit to the toilet or when changing a postpartum pad. It can be compared to a portable bidet. A woman who has given birth is often swollen, may have ruptured and may even have stitches. In addition to all this, she also bleeds.
